on external servers. All data related to your focus sessions, settings, and
preferences is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to the
Service Provider.The Application does not gather any information about the location of your

The Application uses Apple's StoreKit for processing subscription purchases.
Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles payment information. The
Service Provider does not have access to your payment details.RevenueCat
The Application uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, validate App Store
receipts, and process purchase transactions. RevenueCat collects purchase
history linked to an anonymous app user ID. This data is used for subscription
management, receipt validation, and analytics to help us understand general
purchase trends. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared

The Application uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymized usage data. This
helps us understand how users interact with the app so we can improve it.

The Application uses the TikTok Business SDK to measure the effectiveness of
advertising campaigns by attributing app installs to TikTok ads. The SDK may
collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), which is only accessible
if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. This data is
used solely for ad attribution and is not used to build user profiles or

- Focus session history
- App settings and preferences
- Focus modes and block listsThis data is not backed up to any external servers controlled by the Service
Provider.Opt-Out RightsYou can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the
standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device
or via the mobile application marketplace. Uninstalling the Application will
delete all locally stored data.ChildrenThe Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data
from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not
address anyone under the age of 13.If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided
personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary action.SecuritySince the Application does not collect or transmit personal data to external
servers, your information remains under your control on your device. The
security of this data is managed by your device's built-in security features.
Third-party services (RevenueCat, TelemetryDeck, and TikTok) handle data in
accordance with their own security practices and privacy policies.Changes to This Privacy PolicyThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The
Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by
updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult
this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed
